Together with our advisory associates we locate, research and perform due diligence on real estate nationwide through our network of strategic alliances, relationships with real estate professionals, banks, financial institutions, attorneys, trustees and other affiliated real estate services.  Most of the property purchased are Bank-owned (REO), Pre-foreclosure, through auction-related services prior to becoming bank-owned, or are in some other form of financial or physical distress.

We believe consistent profit is made on how you "BUY" a property, not when you re-sell it.  If a property does not meet our discount purchase price point and other qualifying buying criteria standards we will not acquire such properties.  Homes are typically purchased at 65% or less of value.  By buying wholesale and selling lower than competition of comparable properties we minimize risk through lower acquisition and holding cost, thereby maximizing return for our investors.
